Yes, I think all this bunch is browser based, but some incorporate some graphics and/or flash, but if you use magnification, you should be fine. Further down on the games list I posted browser-based games that aren't pet games, but just the letter A games so far. There is a second VPG list farther down the game list as well and I know some of those are fully accessible for those running only screen readers.

dog dayzz, canis novus, cat tails, and creature world are accessible. i played them before and still play canis novus. Babydow is difficult. there's a lot of mouse overs and stuff and a few things like feeding and bathing don't work well with screen readers. Canine Lifestyle isn't open to anyone yet, so i'm not sure.
